What are Yorke Education’s open hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm, Saturdays from 9am till 2pm and are closed on Sundays.

What is Yorke Education’s refund policy?

If a product purchased from Yorke Educational Centre is found to be defective or faulty we will exchange the product or provide a refund at our cost.

If you wish to return a Textbook for a refund Yorke Educational Centre will accept the return at the shop or posted to us, at your cost, with a copy of your invoice providing that the books are unmarked and in saleable condition. Refunds will be given on TEXTBOOKS ONLY up to the 14th of February or 14 days after the purchase date (Whichever is later). A $10 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. All refunds will be processed after the 14th of February and will be in the form of a cheque made out to the name on the order and will be posted out to the address provided on the order.

Do I have to pay postage for all orders if they are to the same address?

Postage has to be paid on all orders placed, even if they are to the same address. All orders are processed based on their order number so we cannot combine orders for the same address.

How can I check if my order has been posted?

To check the status of your order and to track your parcels please visit www.yorkbooks.com.au/order-status . Please note that all orders sent to a PO BOX will be sent Australia Post and a tracking number will not be provided for these parcels. Please make sure that parcels can be signed for at the address provided because parcels cannot be left without a signature. For example a work or relatives address.

How can I track my parcel?

Once parcel tracking number is provided in your order tracking information you can check the status of your parcel by visiting http://www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel and entering the tracking number provided in your order details.

Please note that all orders to be sent to a PO BOX will be sent Australia Post and a tracking number will not be provided for these orders.

I do not want to pay by credit card is there any other options available?

When placing your order you can choose to pay by check, money order or cash in store by clicking the fax/post option under our payment methods section. This will generate an order form for you to print out and submit with your payment.

How do I tell if my online order was processed?

If your order was processed and your payment was approved at the end of your order it will display order approved and you will receive an email from Westpac and an email from Yorke saying that your order was approved. You can confirm your order status by going to www.yorkbooks.com.au/order-status and entering the order number provided in the Yorke email along with the email address you provided when placing your order.

 

However if your order was not processed and your payment was declined at the end of your order it will display order declined and you will receive an email from Westpac and an email from Yorke saying that your order was declined.

I placed an order by faxing my credit card details or posting a cheque with the online print out, how do I tell if my payment was received?

When your payment is received by Yorke your order status will be updated to paid and you will receive an email notification with your order number.
